  • What You Need To Know During Your Stay

    • Shoeless Lodging, Please bring indoor footwear to help preserve the hardwood flooring and maintain a tidy dwelling. We can also provide shoe covers upon arrival.

    • In accordance with Philadelphia law, Casa De Flores is a Limited Lodging. This is the owner’s primary residence.

    • Check in is 3pm EST and Check out is at 11am EST.

    • Please wash all dishes used only in the Kitchen Sink. Garbage day is Wednesday and all recycling must be sorted.

    • Video Surveillance: – The Property has cameras placed at the main entrance. his video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons
